One of Michaels clients invited us to a private wine tasting. He picked some of his best bottles from his wine cellar in New York flew here on his private jet, and set up a tasting at the Regent in Bordeaux. He invited Michel Rolland a world famous oenologist and wine consultant. To have him at our table during en primeur week
is unheard of but there he was!

the wine for dinner was a Lafite Rothschild 1986 Parker scored it a 10

It was an incredible evening at the Regent hotel in Bordeaux.
Michel was the nicest guy considering how famous he is.
