last day of school

Last day of school, there is a dinner. Kids get books, teachers get wine

Charity Event

Went to a charity lunch for "Walking with the wounded" its supports all
people who lost limbs during the war.

It was held at Chateau Lezongars

Cabara dinner

It was our village dinner, you got to meet the

town drunk and the village idiot.

They had a band and fireworks. It was quintessential French,

a night to remember.

we had a salmon starter, duck with potatoes then a tiramisu

Pyla

Pyla is the biggest sand dune in Europe

you can climb up or take the stairs

we climbed up

it was pretty steep

once we got over the hump you saw the view of the sea

Dance recital

It was Tatiana's dance show. She did two dances one classic and one to "Thriller"

Kermese 2010

There was a pilgrimage mass, everyone walked from Saint Emilion

to Saint George, it was about an hour walk. It was raining so we

decided not to go. I did get some quick shots :)

KERMESE

It was the school Kermese (dinner and fund raising)

all the vineyard owners donated bottles of wine to the school

and resold them for a profit. You had to get there pretty

early to get the best selection.

I volunteered to do the face painting

no one does face painting so any thing I did they were happy with

We were served an amazing lunch
