It was Michael's birthday yesterday!! We celebrated him all weekend. We went to Bordeaux and stayed in Karins apartment. Monday I cooked a 5 course dinner and invited friends over.

Hello! This is quite random, but I've happened onto your blog and it is lovely! I am an American, in Portland, OR, getting married in Haux, outside of Bordeaux this summer. (June 2010). We are renting a chateau for a week, and would like to organize an excursion to St. Emilion, but have no idea what we should see. Would you please offer us some recommendations? Thanks so much!
