Château de Malle is a sweet white wine ranked as Second Cru Classé in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.
Classed among the Historical Monuments, Château de Malle and its Italian gardens are an essential step in the tour of the historical castles of Bordeaux wine tour.
Carol, my mom, Tatiana and I went for a visit. The castle has been in the same family for over 400 years and is still occupied by the Countess.

Michel Eyquem de Montaigne
Michel was one of the most influential writers of the French Renaissance. Came from a very wealthy family, hence the castle. The family still lives in the castle and a portion is open to the public.
