Cartagena, never thought Id visit here, it has been low on my must see places
but it slowly moved up when we were in the process of adopting from Colombia. Since the French government turned us down for adoption and we were
going to be in Florida this year we decided to visit the country we were
so focused on for 4 years.

We stayed at the Sofitel which is a converted convent, it is in the center of the walled city, super location. We pretty much lounged around the pool area
until it cooled down then went for a walk in the town
Breakfast served in several places, even at 9am it was already too hot
They offered a coffee making class, how could I not
beautiful arches and terracotta walls
Michael has been wanting to get his scuba certificate and
they offered classes at the hotel.
