We are so sad to be saying good-bye to our house. We have lived in this beautiful historical Art Moderne home since Ocober 2003. It was built in 1936. Floral Park, our neighborhood won best neoghborhood in America 2005 which has just confirmed what we always knew to be a great place. It has tree lined street and old historical homes. But I guess if we love historical homes France will have plenty of those.
The timing of our move to France has been bad from a market standpoint, although we did actually almost sell it twice, to a rock star, Mike Ness, who curiously changed his mind both times. Go figure rock stars!? We have decided to rent it to some friends of ours until the market picks up.
