Hurricane

There was a horrible hurricane over the weekend, it started on Saturday at 4:30am. The wind was gushing at 180 kilometers it woke us up and we were running around the house closing all the shutters. The electricity went down and so did the phones. The wind knocked down several trees and took out our phone line. The meadow was so flooded that it looked like rice fields. On Saturday afternoon we were worried about our 80 year old neighbor Fox and decided to venture out and see how if she was alright.
She lives in a mill house and the water was completely overflowing.
She was fine but what an adventure getting to her house.
